In the last year, Sea Changers have engaged in personal interviews and in-person
brainstorming to define our values.

This process has given everyone a chance to describe their best community.

Sea Changers have had inspiring discussions around building a shared vision of our community. We have clarity on what kind of community, governance & financial management we want to create.

We started with Community Values which will guide us in creating a community where we can thrive.
